To start out with my filets wrapped in bacon came I had ordered the tempeture to be medium (which I always order). They came out almost well done- with the bacon hardly cooked as well. When it was sent back the manager came to speak to us at the table. Instead of apologizing he tried to tell me the steak was medium and was cooked right. I explained how a medium steak was colored and how the ones I received were not what I had ordered. He proceeded to argue with me.
