The food was good but the service was horrible, the waitress brought our check and then brought change, we reminded her of our deserts that we had ordered 10 minutes earlier, and I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes for her to bring the deserts. (3 pieces of cake) the restaurant had maybe 5 tables occupied. That’s ridiculous!!! I’m not happy.

RecommendedThe food has great, but the waiter was outstanding. We have to wait for our food, but he was attentive to every detail. Is one of the best service, he can work in the Disney Cruise Line, he will meet their standards!

don't let the outside appearance put your off visiting, the filet steak is fantastic and the staff make you feel at home.
The holiday decor was beautiful, our waiter was fast & knowledgeable, and food was delicious! Overall great experience.

This specific place took for ever for food to be brought out. Service is out the door they don't care. Any party over 6 gratuity is added automatically. oh and management hates the bus boy says he is f'n slow.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience! We have multiple locations and multiple Facebook pages-did you dine at our international Drive location? Our busboy there is lightning fast. Do you recall who your server was?
Wasn’t very busy but the service was slow. We were a party of 12 but it still took about 2 1/2 hours to get through the meal. Out of the 12 of us only two of us enjoyed our meal. Four of us had the surf and turf and I was the only one that enjoyed the food.
