Great place to eat and great service
This was by far the WORST meal i have had out ever. It took well over 30 minutes to get drinks ordered, silverware and to order. We got bread and appetizers with no drinks or silverware. The ceiling leaked on our table and we had to move, no one apologized or offered any compensation for the water in our food. Once we moved, they didn't give us silverware, plates or napkins. It is always a great experience do you have a quick bite or a full dinner at the Black Angus in Federal Way. The food and service has been excellent, even to the point of a restaurant manager coming around asking how’s the food service and so forth. It is my wife and eyes recommendation for this eatery. We give it five stars
they lied to veterans on veterans day saying they were giving vets a $9.99 steak dinner. the truth was they discounted their 20 steak so vets still had to pay $10.99. Jason hung up on me when I complained.
