They basically tried to fill you up on the "free bread", which was dry as a bone. The potatoes were super dry, and my steak was asked for medium and it was well done...my waitress came by once (mind you it was dead when I went), and I never had a refill on water. There were plenty of servers who walked by with a pitcher of water but didn't offer to fill my cup which was pushed to the edge of the table. Disgusting, service, food, atmosphere. A zero wouldn't even be good enough for them and I was soooo looking forward to eating there.
I hadn't eaten at Black Angus over 12 years now I remember why to stop going. Service was good but food was terribly and expensive for the quality of food.

We are very disappointed in this restaurant. The food was good but the service was horrible. Very bad.
Good when you are in the mood for a steak but don't want to dress up or get too fancy.
Went on a weekday with my family. Horrible service, food dropped off and waiter disappeared. Steak was blood red sitting in a puddle of red, it was disgusting. We had all ordered our steaks medium. Absolutely worst dining experience. Other people we're sitting around waiting for the waiter to show up as well. Food is awful and we won't be back. We were there on Dec 30, 2014.
