RecommendedB&L Properties is the best places to rent from in Bloomsburg. Their prices for rent and parking are fair, and more importantly they're very understanding and caring people. You can go to them with any rental issue, and they'll try to work things out with you. They provide a personal gym for everyone and their maintenance guys are very quick and good at their job. I would rent from them again anytime.
I'm so very fortunate to have had B&L buy the duplex our son was living in while attending Bloom U. The transition from the sale of the property was smooth, pricing was fair. Jenny the office manager is spot on with the young adults. It truly was his home away from home. Thank you folks, for housing our son.

Love the personal gym they have for people who live with them. They are quick to respond for a maintenance request. The only down side is you have to pay for all of your utilities which can add up quickly if you aren’t careful.
I have lived with B&L for the past two semesters. Very easy people to deal with. Easy to contact, maintenance requests were always processed quickly, affordable, and a gym just around the corner. Great experience overall.
