Got an apartment and moved schools so I needed to give it to someone else. Got somebody to cover the lease. The landlord promised me I’d be reimbursed if someone took my lease. I have lived with B&L for the past 2 years and have just signed a lease for my 3rd. They are quick to reply with any concerns and maintenance requests. They also have some of the best prices in town. Jenny is amazing and will help you with what ever you need.
Living B&L comes with some great qualities: the pricing is fair, maintenance is quick and friendly, and location is great for campus and downtown. I never had an issues living with B&L and would recommend anyone to look at their apartments first before anyone else.
Housing with B&L properties was a great decision for me. The pricing for their units are reasonable. Management is very kind and helpful, they're willing to make accommodations for any financial situation. Maintenance is always handled the same day or the next day. The location is perfect, rarely ever had to use my car. Would highly recommend living with B&L.

The staff is available almost 24/7 if maintenance is needed, and they provide several perks such as parking and a gym.
