Over the weekend my hot water heater went. We got quotes from a few plumbers and Bill from B&L was thorough with what was needed and kept things reasonable. The whole replacement process was seamless. I have an older house so I’m sure there will be other small projects and repairs that I will be using him for down the road. If you need someone trustworthy and honest definitely reach out to him!

Bill installed an automated Wi-Fi connected whole house water shutoff valve made by Moen. He is very knowledgeable and was a delight to work with. A thorough gentleman who knows his craft very well. Very responsive when I reached out to him for the job. Gave me an appointment well within the week and finished the job flawlesslessly. He was punctual and his work ethics are excellent.
