Bad experience, I did my pedicure and they didn’t clean my nails they just painted. I told the guy to clean my nails but he just ignored me.
3 square nails, two oval. Make it make sense. And the lady was overly aggressive, yanking my hand and jerking my arm and fingers around. She was filing my nails hella tough, my skin felt raw afterwards. And this is the result?? I’ll pass
Responding to review of Nikema Mcdonald, They don't have a Katana nail tech other there. Are you sure you coming to the right nail shop? I been here for 4 years and been coming to see Kim, Anna, & Rosie and they do VERY well!
Spoke to Katana I was interested in coming in. I expressed how I like a tech precise in shape and her reply verbatim “I’m good I have clientele I do not like picky people”. If this is how you respond when someone is interested in seeking your service I can imagine how I would’ve been treated had I of come in
Johnny did a fabulous job on my granddaughter’s nails .. exactly like the pic she showed him .. this place is #1 in my book every one there is so nice and they all do a great job.. the girl that did my nails also did a fabulous job im very impressed .. i will keep going back. I’d give them 10 stars if I could .. I have never been disappointed. Thank you BLNAILS
