My nail tech Li Li did amazing with my prom nails! She was very cooperative and made a big effort into ensuring that I would enjoy the result of the nails and they look gorgeous!
I’ve been to this shop several times, and the staff is always kind. I recently brought my sister and we loved our nails. (March 18th) However, a few days after my visit , I got an infection (became red, swollen, and sore around the cuticle) on my middle finger that later started peeling — something that’s never happened to me before. Waited an HOUR on the pedicure chair to be attended and they took a walk in client that came after me first. The entire service felt rushed, which was unfortunate as I was looking forward to the massage and over all relaxing as I hardly ever treat myself.
I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a few years now. The owner and the staff are always nice and usually do a great job. However, today the lady who did my pedicure was very rough and aggressive.. As she was grabbing items from her box, she kept bumping the UV light onto my toe and hurt my toe a few times.
