Let me start by saying Jennifer is amazing. Such a friendly person amd provided outstanding customer service. The young lady at the front desk is very friendly as well. My problem is that my car was kept in the shop for a month for a job that should've taken roughly two weeks. Insurance came by four days in, then the process began. I brought my car to the newest location for Fletchers Collision. By the way it is in Moncks Corner. I had an option to bring my car elsewhere. I am so happy that I chose flechers Collision. From the moment that I walked into the door to the time of be picking up my car approximately a week and a half later they showed me nothing but consideration respect and they were meticulous!! I would give zero stars but that was not an option! Car towed to Fletcher's following an accident. Substantial damage to front end. Around two weeks in the owner told me of a slight bow in the frame that he assured, with 30 years experience, they could get it out. Days later I called them and was told that they were good to go, just waiting on a part. More days past, I called and was told the part kept being forgotten to be placed on the truck for delivery.
