I have been working with this company for the last four months to address our AV system needs, and unfortunately, we still don't have a functioning solution. Despite multiple assurances, we continue to experience issues, particularly with the sound system, which remains unresolved. The lack of progress and unmet promises have been disappointing.

Our local non-profit has had an absolutely terrible experience with Tangram Interiors. Within just 6 days of their (late) installation in March, the AV system they installed failed to work as promised. Fast forward five months, and we’re still dealing with their incompetence. We rely on functioning AV for our weekly events, yet Tangram’s team has been practically non-existent when it comes to providing support or solutions. An incredibly talented and creative team of design experts! Tangram has an amazing new showroom in the East Quarter District of Dallas that is a great example of how to blend furniture, technology, and design to attract your employees back into the office. Highly recommend you schedule a tour!
Had Tangram interiors under contract since December and the whole process has been a nightmare. First our current project manager was fired, and when he was replaced the new guy said they would still be able to meet our February deadline, but we are currently a week past that with no installation date in sight. Our email exchanges have turned extremely passive aggressive with no updates being provided despite repeated requests.
