Not surprised to see BKB (Brian) has a 5-star rating. They installed my furnace almost 20 years ago, great job (great price!) I'm a kinda DIY guy, when I have had any problems or questions Brian (BKB) has helped me via e-mail and telephone to get it taken care of, and got me the necessary parts fast (and at a great price.) I recommend you check out BKB if you need any Heating or air work done. By the way I don't give out 5-star rating very easily, but they easily earned this rating... Thanks Brian.
