Dr. Kaltchev and his staff have been taking good care of my aging and sensitive teeth for several years now. They focus on preventive care, and have caught some problems before they bacame much worse. They are warm and welcoming, and have been able to fit me in for a few emergency visits at short notice. I highly recommend them!

A pleasant experience as usual
I chose excellent as my rating for my six month visit that I had a few days ago. All staff members were very pleasant and Lorraine did a great job cleaning my teeth and making me comfortable. When I left after my visit and got to my car, Julie came out to ask me if I wanted to schedule my next appointment before I leave or just get an email. I told her I already scheduled it with Lorraine. That was the first time someone came out of a doctor's office to make sure I was taken care of!
I am always impressed by your welcoming staff. My kids feel comfortable with Dr K and we always seem to be in and out quickly.
Keep up the wonderful work and stay kind and happy with each other and clients.
I went to Dr. Kaltchev for a consultation and he was beyond helpful and nice. He does his job well and if he is not sure about something, then he will refer you to other people without hesitation or trying to get your money. That is, if he is not sure that he can do something the best he can (things that are not in his specialization), then he will refer you to someone else and not jeopardize your health. This was our first time at this office and am glad with our choice. My son and I liked everyone there, were taken care of with attention to detail, and were made comfortable at all times.
