Always amazing service!
Everyone at Dr. Kaltchev's (and Dr. Kiczenski's) gets an A++++++ as far as I am concerned. My appointment was for 10:20 a.m. and I was being examined by about 10:25 at the latest. The receptionist is extremely pleasant and efficient, the dental hygienist was thorough and knowledgeable, and Dr. Kaltchev took his time examining my teeth. I'm really satisfied from my visit at the dental office. The doctor and everyone else are very nice. They work gentle and professional. I have been adviced about my better care of my teeth. I'm glad I was there.
The appointment was last minute fit in. I was treated great and my problem was addressed and fixed immediately. Also the service didn't brake my bank! Great prices ever! The dentist, assistant, lady in the office and other staff was very friendly, professional. I highly recommend them to any one.
I had a last minute issue with a painful tooth. Dr Kaltchev and his staff were able to take a look amidst their busy schedule. It all turned out ok. They are always professional and courteous. Our family has been going to this practice for over 25 yrs.
