This is the worst BJ's I've ever been to. The bathroom is dirty and they water down the soap so if you want to wash your hands, good luck getting them clean. I had to wash them three times and my hands still felt dirty and I had to use sanitizer. Toilet was backed up too or people just don't flush.
I’ve been a loyal BJ’s member for over four years, but I’m disappointed to share that my recent experiences with their pick-up service have been consistently frustrating. Almost every time I place a pick-up order, I end up having to return to the store for missing items, only to find that those items were already set aside on the designated pick-up shelf.
