This BJ’ customer service is terrible. On 2/6/26, I visited the store and I had an ice cream I no longer wished to purchase. Upon walking out, I stopped at the order pick-up area and asked them to put it in the fridge and send it back to the sales floor. I explained to the young man (Jacob) that I didn’t want to leave it anywhere on the sales floor because it would melt. He proceeded to tell me to leave it at the front-end supervisor’s desk. I want to give a big shout out to the bakery team and bakery manager for their excellent customer service. They made the most beautiful sheet cake for my son’s 4th birthday party. In addition, when my son got unexpectedly sick and his birthday party was rescheduled, they offered to make me another sheet cake for his birthday. I cannot be more thankful for their kindness and empathy during an already stressful situation. I will definitely be ordering all my cakes from here in the future! Thank you BJ’s bakery team!
I complained about the women's bathroom needing service, and the manager just said thanks and shooed me away like it was nothing. I can see why the ratings are so low. Guess paying membership dues every year is just to get disrespected and not taken seriously.
My wife and I have been loyal BJ's customers for over ten years. Today I was very disappointed when I went to the deli counter to order some cold cuts around 10:15 and the gentleman behind the deli counter informed me that he was too busy making hero sandwiches and could not help me, so I walked around the store for approximately 15 minutes then went back and was told the same story.
