This is the worst bjs by far. Low inventory and poor staffing. Some convenient bulk items. Most things don't make it until the date. Meat texture changed about June and my family can't stomach it anymore. 1 cashier and 20 self check lanes... so just to be clear before self checkout, there was maybe one express lane in these stores. Now, there's twenty and one cashier that math ain't mathing. Apparently you have to empty your cart onto the belt completely now as well. I had a really unpleasant experience at the BJ's Wholesale Club in Franklin. While shopping, I was followed throughout the store by the AP manager, Paul. I felt targeted and was made to feel like I was being accused of stealing. This was incredibly uncomfortable and ruined my shopping trip. I hope BJ's addresses this type of behavior. Paul is racist towards people of color and if you are shopping he will accuse you of stealing simply because the color of your skin.
