Called twice on business hours, NO ANSWER. Went to store on business hours, tire tech saw me walk in & went to the garage...waited a few minutes & left. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
If I could rate less than one star I would. I ordered tires for my truck. Spent over $1,000. SCHEDULED an appointment for today at 3:30 pm. Got a call at 3 that told me “there were customers running late and they were just working on their 2pm appointment”. This is absolutely absurd. What happens when you go to a doctors office and you’re late? You’re cancelled and rescheduled. They told me my now 3:30 appointment wouldn’t be until 5:30 or 6. Great prices and service, would have been a 5, but only 1 person working when I went for my install. Spoke with mgmt and they are working on it.
Bill from the Tire Center was an absolute CHAD!!!!! He should be given a raise, literally what a great guy
