Mr. Matt, saved my life today by assisting me in putting air on all my tires on my work truck which I use for transport. He was eager to assist me and he did very well. Can not thank him much for this. Great personality as well and Great customer service. 5 Stars
I had come down from Schroon Lake to do some shopping and my tire pressure light came on. I went to put air in and the one tire wouldn’t take air. I googled tire centers and BJ’s had good reviews and wasn’t far away. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Even when I wasn’t in the greatest of moods. Crew in back were also friendly. They diagnosed the problem quickly - a screw in the tire. Patched and ready to go in about 30 minutes. Price was more than reasonable. Thank you.
I have been trying to get tires with my bjs credit card points for almost a month. 3 times I have been told the points aren't working. The customer service is closer to ridiculous than bad and the app doesn't allow me to order the right tires for my truck. The guys in the tire center keep telling me the Chevy Rims I have are not from the factory and that's the problem.
Very helpful changing tire for replacement.
Terrible service not good advice and lazy lazy workers that prefer not to change tires. If you are there avoid employee named Sam at all costs or go to a different BJ tire center.
