Awful customer service. DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM BJS! So I bought 4 brand new Michelin tires from BJS a couple weeks ago for my X5. As far as install they did fine and seem competent. The guy was friendly and I had him look up to see if he could get me tires for another car I own with weird tire sizes. We spoke for awhile and I admitted that I do not usually buy tires from BJs. RUN don't Walk away from this location. I ONLY bought a bjs membership to buy tires/other work if needed. Well I have a 2014 GMC terrain that needed some new TPMS sensors installed. I bought some on ebay and asked if they could install them. I was told no you have to purchase ours. So i did. Ever since they replaced them the two driver side modules have been going in and out. Service sucks! I bought my tires a year ago and when I call to get an appointment to have one repaired that has a nail in it I’m told the first appointment I can get is in 2 1/2 weeks from now. I definitely won’t be buying my next set of tires there.
