They cannot manage catering orders or onsite large parties. Be prepared for problems! The managers lack accountability and customer service. Get ready for excuses, a lack of humility and rude off the wall comments as they try to attempt to finally get you your order...LATE. Their excuse? Seems like every party and order is “canceled”. I have ordered pazookies to go from here on multiple occasions. Each time there have been issues. I bought a pazookie for my wife and one for me. Hers came out fine but my half n half one was undercooked and terrible.

We were 9 people and service was a little slow (someone asked for iced tea 3 times before she got it) the food was no hot (temp). The experience was a bit lack luster.
