Disappointed in my order yesterday. This is what $12 of calamari looks like when ordered through grubbud. ☹️ at least the pizza was good.
Recommended40 minutes later and the food scheduled for 6PM was finally delivered. An item in the cart was said to be in the “memo” field so I pay again only to get home, review the order and I see I had already paid for the item already?? Get home and ALL the food is cold. All this AND they seemed to forget to add au-jus to the French dip. You think you’d step up your take-out and curbside game after shutting down inside dining. Then again...I will remember not to give a 40% tip on food that isn’t delivered yet.
I have ordered pazookies to go from here on multiple occasions. Each time there have been issues. I bought a pazookie for my wife and one for me. Hers came out fine but my half n half one was undercooked and terrible.
We were 9 people and service was a little slow (someone asked for iced tea 3 times before she got it) the food was no hot (temp). The experience was a bit lack luster.
the steak was over seasoned, after cutting off the seasonings I figured out why. I had steamed broccoli that arrived COLD not slightly cool...COLD. Also had grilled asparagus. also cold but it did have a hint of warmth. after receiving my food I tried to get the waiter, but to no avail. When a floor manager showed up, I said I had issues with my food and would not be finishing it he just took my plate and left, about 5 min later another person showed up and offered us a free dessert on the NEXT visit. this place is a waste o... read more
RecommendedSuper delicious food! We ordered the root beer glazed ribs, sriracha Brussels sprouts, BJ meat balls, bbq chicken salad, clam shower in a bread bowl, and philly cheese sandwich and a few beers. Samantha was super great, very attentive and sweet and observant enough to notice it was my brothers birthdaaY the next day y when checking his ID. Loved her! Beer were great, decent price and HUGE menu. I can't wait to come again and try more delicious food. Definitely recommended.
