Our visit was the worst ever. We got our appetizers an hour after we ordered, cold and at different times. It took two hours for us to get our food. Refills of our drinks was nearly impossible to get. Not a single apology from the staff at BJ's for what they put us through. Bad management and lack of accountability. Definitely not worth the hour forty five minute drive to get there. Needless to say, my daughters birthday dinner was not an enjoyable evening because of this poor service.
I loved it I never been there my sister from church took me I would go there again Are waiter was nice friendly the only thing there was we had to wait a little long for are food but I loved it
Horseshit service, was like what the hell, never again
