When we walked in the hostess seated us at our table. It was not that busy, the waiter came to our table introduce himself and gave us time to look over the menu while he went for our drinks. It didn't wait long to get our food, the food was excellent and my grandson's loved their pizzas. The waiter, his name is Edgar was very polite, he was excellent refilling our drinks and bringing our desserts. My grandson's liked him too. we plan on going back soon.
Terrible customer service! The waiter brought over a hot plate and handed it to my son instead of putting it on the table. My son burned his hand and spilled the food on the bench. The waiter didn't offer him a fresh plate or even try to take the plate or assist in anyway. He just stood there!! Who hands a hot plate to a kid!!?? I was so angry I couldn't even eat. I had to send my dinner back. I will NEVER go back there again!!
Service was really slow when we went. I waitress passed us 3 times before taking out order (she wasn't tending to other customers either).. food was good once we got it!
Excellent food.. Love the environment, really good service.. Back soon
