Awesome food, server Jamaiil (?) was the best ever, freindly, helpful, kind, funny, we were the polar plungers....and so happy to be there it made a great day even better...
Been to BJ's a couple of times. The food is simply alright, not stellar. The staff always seem overwhelmed but friendly. When we go the waiting time seems slower than it should be. Don't go if you are on a timeline or schedule! Oh and if there is any kind of mishap don't expect great customer service from their head manager!!! The last two times I have went here I have managed to leave the store wet from beverages being dumped on us. Love this place! Their neighbor restaurant screwed us over on our reservation for 10 people, I called BJ'S and they were happy to have us! Great service from Maria and the food was great as usual. Thank you BJ'S for accommodating and welcoming our big group last minute! �
The burger was delish and the fry's were soft in the middle and crispy on the out side! Just how I like them!
The food is fantastic!!!!!!! Best meal I have had at a restaurant in a long time!
Burger was overcooked and dense. They dont carry the one food that made this place good, the thin fries. No reason to come here anymore. May as well put a F U to your customers as they walk in too.
