Last evening while dining with my grandkids at the Carlsbad BJ's there was a very large party of service men and women in what seemed like a change of command gathering. I asked our server to announce over the loud speaker a vote of gratitude for their dedication and service. It never happened ...instead when I approached the manager as to why?? he told me he had indeed thanked the person in charge for their business. WOW he just didn't get it..thanking for their business is self serving and certainly not the same as thankin... read more
Great food and service. Lots of yummy vegetarian options.
Monday's are great prices. $3.95 beers, 1/2 price pizzas and flatbreads and we had a $10 off email coupon. Great lunch for little $$! Always friendly service at the bar too! Thanks Johnny!
