First time customer and probably the last time. Service was extremely slow and my food wasn’t prepared the way I requested

Good was great! Busy night but only took 10 minutes to be seated. Waitresses were friendly and attentive, only one issue, 1st waitress brought me tea and it took 4 visits to the table to get sweetener.

Waitress was very experienced. Refilled water without me asking. But I did have to chase down the staff for the first glass (same issue at another BJ's in LaJolla). Ribeye was good but the Fri/Sat/Sun prime rib offer was much better. Three sides and pizookie dessert with entree (vs two sides and no dessert for about the same price). I've been to this BJ's before and will probably come back in the future (if I'm in the neighborhood). Only wish their prime rib offer was available all the time.
