Since they have implemented clip-to-card coupons, I have been gypped out of $5 on 2 trips, and I never get a response from their management at BJ's Corporate. Keep cutting paper coupons people if you really want to save money.
I bought my tires there a few years ago. Every year when it’s time to put my winter tires on I call to make an appointment. I have been calling for two weeks. Bother the tire department then customer service where they girl paged tires and never came back. How am o supposed to make an appointment if you don’t respond or have an answering service. Last year I had to email corporate to get an appointment. Very aggravating. Still no appointment.
Been for a customer for a long time now.. Nashua store always has friendly staff and will not switched back to Cisco or Sam club!

I love bjs people complain that not enough registers open well that happens at grocery stores too. They are friendly and helpful and I love buying in bulk, especially when there's 4 adults in the household and 1 child
Carts aren't large enough for me to carry all the things I want to buy when in that store...lol
