was on the way out and one of the managers had a package of hand sanitizer and I asked what it was. The lady mgr was so nice and opened her package and gave me a bottle Thank you so much
Love this place! I have to use the motorized scooter as my legs are too bad and that place is huge! Everyone so helpful and friendly, even the customers, so many have helped me reach things so I didn’t have to get off the cart!
I love BJ's of Nashua. They have more selections and is a larger store than the one in Stoneham MA. Awesome deals as well.
I’m writing to leave a note about fantastic customer service! I had placed an order for my nieces birthday cake but when I arrived to pick it up, the cake was missing the princess photo I had requested. I assumed we would be out of luck, but the bakery attendant immediately jumped into action and corrected it and 10 minutes later we were on our way with the princess cake! I am very upset with the lack of quality in Bj's Optical Products and would NEVER recommend unless you want to waste hundreds of dollars. I ordered prescription glasses at the end of November without antiglare. It is now July and somehow the antiglare on my lenses are peeling off. I specifically requested no antiglare after the same thing happened with my last pair of glasses. The glasses are so scratched it is hard to see out of.
