Long story. I chose to reuse my own frames which were broken by the lab. I did not like any of the store frames which my store had that would be offered as a replacement. I was able to purchase frames elsewhere and was reimbursed for them. Exceptional customer service!
Great experience! Worked with Wade for the Optical exam and then Joe with the glasses. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend for exams and new glasses or sunglasses
Wade is the man! Was a really smooth experience and he takes you through the process with genuine care every step of the way. I will be using them from here on out and recommend it to anyone. Hoping to see Wade with a promotion next time I go in, well deserved.
