Assistant was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, had good recommendations and knew whether my vision insurance covered me or required me to submit an out of network reimbursement form. Good experience overall.
Long story. I chose to reuse my own frames which were broken by the lab. I did not like any of the store frames which my store had that would be offered as a replacement. I was able to purchase frames elsewhere and was reimbursed for them. Exceptional customer service!
