In the last year everything I buy the prices went up and NOW you want to raise the membership $5.00 Sorry but I can get gas cheaper and my groceries are cheaper also! The only thing I'll miss is your deli.
Your name is very misleading, i got exactly zero bj's at your club
I enjoy shopping here and getting good prices with coupons. But Bj’s you need to teach your employees on your Corperate coupon policy. I got screwed out of approx $10 in savings because some new girl didn’t know it. I even had a copy of the policy and showed her and still refused to honor my coupons.
Joined again!! Time to buy in bulk again, just a lot cheaper.
Rejoined July 15th because I received a $25 special. Shopped and got gas. Went back yesterday. Membership was voluntarily cancelled at some point. Perhaps by Sue who pushed me to take a MasterCard that I didn't want. Found my bank statement proving I paid for 12 month membership. Now I have to go back tomorrow after work to have everything reactivated. Waste of time.
Wanted to buy beach cart. They wouldn't take it down so we could see if our chair would fit. Also to get the best price on gas you now need a bjs credit card. Thats bull shit. No more gas at bj s

They were idiots. We had a cart filled with food about $300 worth. We put it on the belt and had it all out of the cart and they told us our card was deactivated even though it expires in june. After speaking with the manager we got NOWHERE. He said he couldn't help at all. So we left it all on the belt in the crowded store.
