Purchased a GroupOn for a car detailing. Called several times that went straight to voicemail, and never received a call back. Thankfully I left a Facebook comment, in which BJ replied that the business is closed until spring, and he no longer deals with Groupon. MAYBE YOU SHOULD REMOVE THE OPTION TO PURCHASE YOUR SERVICES FROM GROUPON IF YOU DON'T ACCEPT THEM AND ARE A CLOSED BUSINESS. DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON. I will not be bringing my business here. UPDATE: He deleted his Facebook page after I complained on there.
