Brad and Sue are the best!!!!!. They were so honest and helpful when my 17 year old daughter had a problem and I was out of town. These people really do care about their customers.
This was the best automotive experience I have ever had. They were honest and very fair. I would recommend this shop to anyone in Simi Valley. The dealer told me I needed all this work and I wonted a second opinion. I did not need half the stuff they said and the stuff I did need was half the price the dealer wonted to charge.
I just had these guys do my Honda 80k maintenance, it was a clean orderly shop, no waiting on the appt, prompt, no bad vibes and no tricks. Nothing but good things to say about them.
I would not recommend this auto facility to anyone. They try to over charge there customer's and when you call them on it they refuse to give you service. They are a shady business and try to take advantage of there customers. There are better places to take your vehicle and not get taken advantage of.
IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A PROFESIONAL AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR FACILITY THAN THIS IS THE PLACE. THEY FIXED MY CAR RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND DID IT FOR A GREAT PRICE.
They did a good job and didn't charge any higher than other repair places.
