The whole family comes to BJ's Automotive. They have for years. Everything is top quality and professional. No cutting corners or cheap parts. The waiting area is comfortable. Nice clean restroom and great coffee. I will continue to go here in the future.
Scott , Brad and Sue were wonderful. They were able to get me in the day I called. Other auto shops in town were backed up for over a week to even get in to look at it. They did an excellent job fixing our truck. Thank you BJ's!!
They are awesome!!! They fixed my car and I passed the Smog Test and off to AAA to get my tags!!!
They quoted me a very expensive price for a service. They were not very helpful, and I had to get firm with them to even do anything. The price they quoted me was so ridiculous, I looked up how much the part cost and it was $30. They quoted me $450!! I got a quote from a trusted family mechanic in the valley. He said "it's not cheap, it will run you around $250". So they are charging $200 more then the going rate!! I work hard for my money, and I'm sure most of us do. We would like to apologize for not meeting and exceeding your expectations. Our staff spent several hours both diagnosing the car and talking with you and your father on the phone and in person. The only part that was available for that day was a factory part. Using a less expensive, non-factory part was not an option at that time, and would not have adhered to our strict standard of quality.
