As a member for over 15 years, I’m really disappointed with how the service has declined over the past two years. The attitudes of staff at checkout and customer service have become consistently unfriendly and unprofessional. If employees are unhappy in their roles, it clearly shows in how customers are treated. This is something management should take seriously. Proper staff training and a stronger focus on customer service are needed. I hope BJ’s can improve and return to the level of service it used to provide.
This location is the worst bj’s location. Bad management always out of stock for so many items very bad customer service and no help at the store at all if you need it. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and I never expected to see my store going down so fast like that. I’m really so sad.
I got this in my cart and found out it was expired. Gave it to the guy who was filling the shelves and politly told him it was expired. He got attitude and put it back to same spot. Also, lately this place looked like short staff.
