RecommendedRecently purchased a pre-owned Sea Ray from Clint and Tony at Bjornson Marine. Great experience. It was a long-distance purchase (from Boston) so I had some complications on my end with respect to inspection, transport, etc. The Bjornsons were very patient and helpful in dealing with my needs and in giving me time to make the travel and transport arrangements. They delivered the boat in excellent condition. It was obvious that they put their customers first. Highly recommended!
Our review is also long overdue. We purchased our boat in January and the service from Bjornsons has been great had to work through some weird surf system quirks and yes I was frustrated but Bjornsons kept trying and the boats really dialed in now.
This review is LONG over due. We bought a boat from Bjornson Marine last summer and it was truly one of the best experiences I have had buying any sort of vehicle, from the customer service, the on boat demo, working with us on our trade-in to helping us find good financing, to delivering the boat to us on Lake Union, all around the experience was incredible. Bought my first boat recently from these guys and was really impressed on their customer service throughout the whole Process. They took me on a demo before I even bought the boat and set the surf system up while we were out there to show me all the features. Really happy with Bjornson service!
Love the inventory and quality of not only the Tige' wave boats but also the resale boats. The NEW store is very nice and with the extra space the selection is even greater. Nice to have the supplies available here too which really convenient. I like the personal and honest customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.
I called today and get a quote for a double jet ski trailer. Upon arrival the salesmen took me outside, showed me the trailer, gave me the same quote again. Once we set down, the price went up $1000.00, I didn't even get a "sorry I made a mistake" from him. Drove from JBLM during rush hour, wasting almost two hours of my time and plenty of gas. Thank you guys, very professional of you.
