Working with The Bjornson Marine Crew has been a blessing. It seems like they actively take steps to solve customer needs before the arise.
Picked up a Lund boat from this dealer and it was a great experience. No games, no nonsense fees, in and out in a reasonable time. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.
The service these guys provide is second to none. They go over and above what is required. I had been chasing Chromax badging for months until I got in contact with Talon from the service department. He made the process seamless and his communication was great, even with our massive difference in timezones. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Even though they are 12,700km from where I live (fact), I will be using them as my go to dealer.
I cannot say enough good things about Bjornson Marine. We had a very unsavory experience with Northwest Water Sports, I do not recommend them whatsoever, steer clear. For the sake of brevity, Bjornson Marine stepped up, saved us from an engine disaster (the aforementioned dealer created), helped us thru the insurance process, and outfitted us with a new boat that is well suited for our family. Great experience during initial purchase. More importantly 7 months after purchase our radio abruptly stopped working. We are 300 miles away, so bringing it back was not feasible. Working with customer rep Talon by phone and email he was able to arrange a replacement snap in and go component. Saved the summer through flexibility and great customer support. Highly recommend this dealership.
