From the time I walked in until the time that I left, I was made to feel welcome and cared for by Dr. Herman's team. Dr. Herman himself is also awesome. He's very professional, no nonsense, but his bedside manner is still on point. His recommendations were clearly explained and not belittling; he engaged in active listening when I responded; and we reached agreement on the next steps in my care together.
