After buying a home, the radon tests were bad so I had to get a radon mitigation system done. That company did a stellar job, but they referred me to BJK to schedule the radon test. BJK called me a few days after installation to set up a time to drop off the test. I had to work that day, so he said he'd call me back on Saturday. Cool, no issues. Had a great experience with BJK! They are very thorough and because of their report we were able to get the seller to replace the furnace before the purchase went through. That's especially impressive since the seller was a bank that has foreclosed on the previous owner and banks almost NEVER make improvements for a sale. Thanks BJK!
Bill and his staff provide excellent customer service and wrote a much more detailed report of their findings than the other inspectors I have used previously. If you truly want to know the condition of your home or a home you may be considering BJK is your top choice!!!

PLEASE KNOW THAT TIM, THE MAN THAT INSPECTED OUR HOUSE THROUGH BJK, STOLE FROM US. We took him to court, as he sold some of my jewelry to a pawn shop, and he was found guilty. He did return my engagement ring, after it would have been considered a felony, however I lost all my other wedding jewelry and all my grandmother's pieces that had just passed away.
