They are a scam! They lie and give you the impression that it will be 5 hours of service for $100 and leave after 2 hours.
RecommendedI had an issue with a few girls last time I wrote my review, but after calling the owner, she promptly provided me excellent customer service by having staff come back for no charge. The owners work hard to maintain good level f care, since then, the new team has been excellent & very hard working.. I feel it is a very good service for reasonable price, & would recommend them.
I’ve used them three times now; the first ‘deep clean’ special for $99 I wasn’t too impressed- found multiple spots where they missed, but when I pointed them out (which I hate to do) they happily obliged. The second time I had two different cleaners and they nailed it. Got all the spots the previous ladies missed and did a great job. They are currently here for the third visit (two new women, even though I requested the ladies from the second visit) and they seem to be doing a nice job. Extremely unprofessional. I used them one and had a horrible experience. They are scams. They forcefully put me on a schedule for the next service. I saw the email and stated I was not interested in their services. They said I can’t cancel on email so I called. They didn’t cancel instead moved the service to another day for no reason without my consent. I was at work and told them not interested, please don’t come to my house. Owner Anna is Rude and unprofessional. I used the service July of 2016 and never used then again due to an item coming up missing not saying it was stolen but, I haven't seen it since. I received a pop up this morning 1/19/18 saying that I called for service and I didn't. While trying to let her know this is not correct she completely went off the deep end wouldn't let me speak yelling and threatening me about a bill I would receive. Extremely Unprofessional!! I just witnessed car #6 of this company swerving wildly on the highway doing 80 mph and nearly rear-ended me while tailgating on the 417! My son is in the car. This company should fire whoever was driving car 6 today in the lake Nona area at this time 3:30pm. They tailgated other Cars too and sped off doing over 80.
