Had a BJK Cleaning Service car cut in between myself and the car in front of me on the off-ramp at Maitland Blvd this morning, instead of changing lines behind me where there was about 6 cars worth of room. I had to hit my brakes to let them in. When I drove past and looked at them, the driver (who was talking on a cell phone) flipped me off. I wouldn't trust them, they came to my house to clean and broke an item that is not really replaceable and the girl wasn't going to tell me. I was in a wheelchair, I heard it break and thank god my daughter was here she walked in the room to see what the sound was. They also use bleach to clean the bathroom, which is great except when you spray it and gets on the walls it takes paint off.. again wouldn't have said a thing, my Daughter had to use the restroom and saw it. RecommendedI am blessed to be able to travel all over for work, and have a home here in Orlando where I am able to come and relax when possible. This is one of my favorite companies to utilize when I get back. RecommendedBJK did an amazing job! I needed a same day cleaning and they were able to help out last minute. I asked about the 5 HRS promotion they are always running and they explained they were able to apply the promotion but requested more time based on the sq ft of my home. Nonetheless, they did an amazing job and my house
paid for two hours of cleaning service because there were a couple rooms I didn't need done. The two woman arrived on time and I walked them through the priorities on which rooms to do. I took my dogs outside and left them to work. I came back in two hours later and holey smokes the house looked amazing. I have a husky and thus lots of dog hair. They were able to get 99% if it which is an accomplishment I'm not able to do. Next time I would probably get 3 hrs instead of 2 since there were a few things they didn't get it. But... read more
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! My mom recommended me this service after she tried it and all I have to say is "They are amazing". They arrived on time and go straight to clean up.Honestly I've been really busy so I didn't spend much times to clean up and I feel like they saved my life at the time.This is my first maid company that i've tried and i know for sure the only one i would use in the future.BJK did an amazing job cleaning my apartment and their customer service is on point.
