This is specific to the Ocoee office. Absolutely zero regard for their customers time. Very unresponsive to text messages, never answer the phones. They gave me 2 different options for them to come and clean, I confirmed a day and time from their options. They never showed up only for me to call and call and text to finally be told they didn't have my information and didn't confirm. Very unprofessional and can't in good conscious recommend them to anyone. Very frustrating dealing with them.

After many uses, this is the last time I will ever use or reccommend this company to my clients. I hired 2 cleaners for 2 hours last week for a vacant townhome, I asked only the kitchen and bathrooms be wiped down for listing pictures, the floors had already been cleaned professionaly the day before. They showed up and told me they would need more time, I agreed, but then said they had another appointment and couldn't add any additional time.
