Myself and my children have been a few times. We were seen promptly at our appointment time and were pleased with our service. I love the convenience of being seen on my lunch break.
In and out quickly, addressed my concerns, seemed to listen well.
Cheap cost, cheap care. I sure wouldn't recommend it. Went in with muffled hearing, some dizziness, earwax blockage. Check in was a mess. No big deal. The nurse that led me to the room and took vitals was very kind and professional. The doctor I saw on the other hand, just wow. She seemed very scattered and high strung. Not listening attentively to my concerns and had that typical pushy, know-all attitude. Looked in my ears and confirmed a blockage on one side, said the other side was very waxy too.
