I’m confused how a facility branded as “convenient care” does not treat or prescribe medication for hypertension. High blood pressure is one of the most common medical conditions, and many patients rely on urgent or convenient care clinics for basic medication management when they cannot immediately access their primary doctor. Came to this place because of dizziness, headache, nausea... check-in was easy. The nurse dude who took my vitals really rubbed me the wrong way. Told him I couldn't stand because of how dizzy I was getting. Proceeds to make me stand for about 5 to 7 minutes. When leaving the room and interacting with the NP, because there's no actual doctor there, she asked him what was going on with me and he stated "Typical Monday" as if my concern wasn't a big deal. I've taken my son here 2 times within the last month, the last time being on March 8th 2026. They do not properly assess and diagnose children. They kept telling me it was nothing was wrong with him besides his asthma. They swabbed him for RSV , COVID AND FLU. All negative, my son continued his cough and did not get better after taking the Prednisone they prescribed. I took my son to his PCP on March 16th, he has a bad double ear infection and STREP THROAT. So finally on the third visit to the doctor he's properly diagnosed ... read more
Myself and my children have been a few times. We were seen promptly at our appointment time and were pleased with our service. I love the convenience of being seen on my lunch break.
