We were new to the area and my son fell while we were moving into our new house. Everyone was very nice and they were very thorough in getting him checked out. The staff made us feel welcome and comfortable in a extremely stressful time. Thank you Nortridge ER.

If I could give a zero I would. This is the worst place to go for emergency help. We had to take our 2 yr old daughter awhile back & the ER doctor had us believing that she was going to die. Had us transferred to Scottish Rite by ambulance only to be told that she was okay and that the doctor in Scottish Rite had no idea as to way he had ordered certain tests to be done or why he had made us believe that she was in severe danger. We will NEVER be back.
This is the worse hospital I have ever been to. I would recommend going to Athens. The doctor that's always there at night is a worthless doctor. He is not from here and thanks you are there for the hell of it. I go in hurting and leave hurting saying nothing is wrong with me.
My mother went to this hospital in need of sutures. The cut was not only at the knuckle(which is usually stitched because constant bending will open the wound back up), but also deep ,and needed maybe two stitches. Rather than the doctor taking the time to do the job correctly they decided to glue it shut. My mother explained the nature of her job, and how much she has to use her hands, and the annoyed doctor sent his nurse in to say he refused to do sutures for this injury.
