This is a family-run shop. The owner, John, is friendly but very sneaky. He often charges high without any design work at all. Each time different story. And since it's walk-in only, he will rush you so nails don’t last long. At other shops, I can easily get four weeks out of the same service. Now business is slow, so John and his wife have moved away. The shop has hired some new technicians who have absolutely no experience. My friend went once and said they were even worse due to their lack of experiences.
Worst acrylic nails I’ve ever had. I was really disappointed. In response to the owner, the location in Gardena is the one I visited. I live down the street on Rosecrans.
