Unprofessional atmosphere and not the patient care i was hoping for.
I was sent here to get a root canal. I came 5 minutes early as they told me too and I waited in the waiting room for almost an hour after my appointment time just to be seated and the whole time while I was in the reception the blonde asstiance was talking non stop about her baby daddy issues. Then finally she gets me and all she says is the dentist will be in shortly. I was there for almost 3 hours for a root canal. The root canal hurt and I was uncomfortable the whole time. Will not be back
I came recently as a new patient because it is close to where I live. Very small and a little outdated decor office. The receptionist was funny and friendly. Hygienist did a quick and easy cleaning in and out in less then 30 minutes and my insurance covered everything I didn't have to pay anything. Have not had any work done besides a cleaning yet. I felt that Dr. Foust did a thorough exam. Most of my appointment was spent in the room alone waiting for the dentist to look at my teeth.
We have been patients of Dr. Foust for years, have noticed a decline in him as a dentist and person. Terrible staff and hygienist as well. Would definitely not recommend Dr. Foust or his staff to anyone!!
Dr. Foust and his team were wonderful to work with. I've had a root canal before but with Dr. Foust and his assistant Rachel it was quickly and nearly painless. I've never had a cavity filled that was as easy and painless than a root canal with Dr. Foust.
I moved her recently and it was my first time and I went in for teeth cleaning and it hurt very bad. I have never had it hurt as much as it did here. I come every year once a year to get my teeth cleaned. The office is nice and good location and they take my insurance but the girl who cleaned my teeth did it so hard!
Worst dental experience I've ever had. Dr Foust and his team do not care about their patients.
I went in for a 'quick look' at the root canal that I was referred to him for and he said that he would be doing the procedure now! I realize root canals are not fun but he was drilling so hard and didn't believe when I told him it hurt. He said it was just the pressure and on the third shot of novicane he jammed the needle in my mouth so hard! I was crying and he and his staff did not even care or ask if I was alright. His bedside manner is absolutely the worst! Stay away!!
I have seen Dr. Foust for about 15 years. He has done crowns, fillings, extractions, root canals and cosmetic work for me. He is patient, compassionate and has a very warm personality. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone if they are looking for a caring and friendly and competent general dentist.
