Took vehicle to Jason at B&J Auto on November 24th for replacement of catalytic converter which was stolen. On Monday Dec 13th he informed me he received the part the week prior, said he would have or installed by the end of the week (Friday Dec 17th). He did not answer or return phone calls and not at business location again until Monday Dec 27th.
