We have used this bakery for 5 years and for some reason I am just writing a review. Our most recent experience: I put in a online order 2 weeks before my son’s 4th birthday party and sent a picture of what I was looking to have made. They surpassed my expectation and their attention to detail is spectacular. The customer service I always receive is phenomenal! Thank you guys so much!
We loved our Hatchimal Birthday cake you guys made for us! Thank you so much! It looked incredible and was so delicious!!!!!!!!
I wanted to love this place, but after this first cake never again. When I made my order I told the lady it was for my son first birthday. It said Max not Happy Birthday Max just Max. The cake idea I got from Bizzy B’s photo gallery. The nice cake was what I wanted, I got the other frozen Mickey cake.
Very poor customer service and lack of response on contacting!
After using this bakery for over 6 years, the experience we had today was horrendous. I emailed them on 3/25 with my order and they responded recognizing the order. When I went to pick them up today they had no order ready. Instead they threw together an order while we were waiting. We paid full price for cupcakes that are literally falling apart and taste terrible...completely inedible. We are so incredibly disappointed and will be looking for a new bakery.
They really do go above and beyond in their customer service! My daughter has a restricted diet and I wanted to make her birthday special with cupcakes. Bizzy bees was the only bakery that got back with me on the amount of protein in each cup cake. I cannot thank them enough for their amazing service!
