I called Bizzy B Plumbing and they were ready to come out that same day but I had to schedule for the next day. Justin the plumber was at the house in no time. He looked at the issue which was not a small job (Septic system) and explained what the fix was and gave me a few options upfront on pricing. Justin Backus was prompt and courteous. Professional in every aspect. Thought we had a simple repair but, time had worn out parts that he identified as needing replaced. No band-aids, no tape, no side steps. Justin gave correct and proper repair issues needed. I'm not questioning his professionalism ever! Thanks Bizzy-B for sending this Guy. No doubt you're on my speed dial for repairs!

Justin was amazing. He worked hard in this heat. The water heater he had didn't fit my space so he drove across town and got a new one. He was fast, efficient and checked all of the simple troubleshooting before jumping to buying a new tank. He was personable and professional. I will definitely use Bizzy B for all of my future needs.

The technician was fantastic. Now the price way way to high ( almost $700) for 4 foot of pipe in an open access area above head in the garage with one elbow fitting and 2 copper to pex fittings. But I agreed to the work to be done and I am satisfied with the outcome minus the price. I have used Lance before and he runs a great business very friendly people. I did call at 9:30 and Justin was at my house by 10:30. You could t ask for a quicker response.
