The technician was fantastic. Now the price way way to high ( almost $700) for 4 foot of pipe in an open access area above head in the garage with one elbow fitting and 2 copper to pex fittings. But I agreed to the work to be done and I am satisfied with the outcome minus the price. I have used Lance before and he runs a great business very friendly people. I did call at 9:30 and Justin was at my house by 10:30. You could t ask for a quicker response.
My sister and I have used Bizzy Bee for a couple of years now. I wish I had words to describe them. Justin is our one man crew that is literally able to do or fix just about anything perfectly and professionally. He will come and do whatever needs to be done as soon as is humanly possible after we call. He has single-handed redone our home. Installed two beautiful new walk in bathrooms. Justin is a very experienced plumber. He is respectful and trustworthy and I am happy to trust my home repairs to him and to Bizzy B. He, Lance, and the crew have done a lot of work over the last few years to bring the plumbing in my 65 year old home up to modern standards. When I have an emergency, (like a sewage clog, most recently) they responded almost immediately to fix the problem.
