Justin from Bizzy B was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He promptly arrived at the scheduled time and took the time to listen to our explanation of the issue before providing a solution. He walked us through the repair process and was willing to answer any and all of our questions. I highly recommend Justin and Bizzy B for all your plumbing needs.
Justin was amazing. He worked hard in this heat. The water heater he had didn't fit my space so he drove across town and got a new one. He was fast, efficient and checked all of the simple troubleshooting before jumping to buying a new tank. He was personable and professional. I will definitely use Bizzy B for all of my future needs.
The technician was fantastic. Now the price way way to high ( almost $700) for 4 foot of pipe in an open access area above head in the garage with one elbow fitting and 2 copper to pex fittings. But I agreed to the work to be done and I am satisfied with the outcome minus the price. I have used Lance before and he runs a great business very friendly people. I did call at 9:30 and Justin was at my house by 10:30. You could t ask for a quicker response.
Justin went way beyond the call of duty to help us match our sinks and faucets. He has very clean work and very patient.On time ! Great guy to work with! I would definitely use them again.
My sister and I have used Bizzy Bee for a couple of years now. I wish I had words to describe them. Justin is our one man crew that is literally able to do or fix just about anything perfectly and professionally. He will come and do whatever needs to be done as soon as is humanly possible after we call. He has single-handed redone our home. Installed two beautiful new walk in bathrooms.
