Exceptional service. We had a bad leak and had another company out yesterday and they couldn’t fix the problem. After looking through reviews, we decided to call Bizzy B. Justin was here within 15 minutes. He was kind and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond for us, getting pretty dirty work done very quickly so we could be back in our home. Thank you!
Justin was friendly and easy to communicate with about the issue. He took the time to diagnose the problem. He explained what he proposing to do and why. We had a toilet supply line replaced as part of the solution, it failed about 20 minutes after he left initially. I called and he came out and swapped the supply line. He stayed about 30 minutes to insure the part didn't fail again.
We have hired Bizzy B several times throughout 7 years, Justin is our Plumber he is very quick to repair and always on time, usually the same day we call, whenever we've had a problem we know we can count on them, thank you so much Justin and Deanna we are very grateful.

Very nice people and they were able to respond the same day. The technician that came out was knowledgeable & friendly. The pricing was a bit on the high side & there is a bit of upselling that goes on, however, as stated above, their work is good & the people are friendly.
