RecommendedI have been there several times and they have always done a great job. We have 2 dogs that shed A LOT!!! I have been embarrassed about the amount of dog hair and felt bad asking them to sweep it all up. Every employee I have dealt with has been very helpful, friendly and professional.
I have been to that Bixby Cruise in auto spa several times. Every time I come in the workers are so kind. This month they gave a free car wash to teachers... The young man who gave me my car wash looked me right in the eyes and said, “thank you for the work that you do.” It was so kind and sincere. Really brightened my day!
This is the best car wash in south Tulsa and Bixby by far. Drew an his team are very dedicated and take care of me every time I come in. Drew calls me by name which is awesome and it is the only place I do and would go. Keep it up Drew
I really wanted to get my car detailed today so I went to the place close to my house and was horrified to see what appeared to be kids having to work outside in the cold. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I can understand inside work on a day like today, and even running the car wash if so needed. But to see anyone having to work with water and below freezing weather, just breaks my heart.
I'm an uber/Lyft driver and Drew and his crew see me on a daily basis, they go above and beyond my expectations. They give me the best quality service for the best price! They make me look good. I get many compliments and all I can say is take your vehicle to Cruise in auto spa and they'll hook you up too!
Drew is the manger and I have never had anything but a perfect experience! Their always so calm and collected at Cruise-in Auto Spa, readily listening to all my needs and expectations, then providing above and beyond service that’s worth mentioning. If I’m ever about to go on a trip or have just returned w/o a doubt I visit and after I’m ready to rock and roll! Dropped car off at 8AM for what was supposed to be 4-6 hrs. Was not ready until 5:30PM. No phone call, no apology just messed up my Xmas plans with family from out of town becauSe they did not complete what was promised and did not communicate when they knew they would be late. Didn’t even wash the wheel well or around the inside of the trunk on a full detail.
