I paid 60$ to get my car waxed and waited at least 45 mins. I was told my car was done ....it wasn’t even waxed. The communication has got to get better

The work was rude and my car was no clean still had orange chicken on the floor and it was my first time being there and my cup holder still had water on them this was a very bad experience for me the people kept telling me to try them out
Came in to have our car detailed. After checking the car( just bought it), the manager recommended a " Showroom" package..paid $$$... came home and checked, ended up cleaning it all over again...
