This place is trash. It may look decent at first glance but once you’re stuck on a lease you’ll realize that what they advertise is not what they are. Crime in the area was high, my boyfriends truck got broken into at least four different times (that’s actual break-ins, there were also more attempts) during our year long lease. My daughter & I moved in 2 weeks ago after a 3mo long back-n-forth with my bank and the escrow process on my house sale...my credit earned me no breaks and the deposit was steep, but I had that baggage...Bixby Knolls worked with us and the apartment we ended up in was BETTER than what we were shown initially. All the raves about the staff and crew are more than deserved and Ms. Lizzie is one of my new favorite people. It feels like living in a vacation resort...and, who ISN'T happy whilst on vacation?!?
