I worked with Jeff on a problem I had with a camera system I bought for my Home almost 3 years ago and one of the cameras IR emitters for night vision quit working. I called because I was looking for pricing on a replacement camera, and Jeff tells me that my system is STILL UNDER WARRANTY. He orders me a replacement camera and has it shipped to me out of state without hesitation! I was blown away. My laptop stopped working so I took it to Best Buy and they said the turn around time would be two weeks. I cannot be without my laptop for two weeks. Took it to BitZ and they were done with it in 2 days! I highly recommend BitZ Communications and will defiantly be going back. Their customer service is phenomenal.
